im still not quite sure about the red tie though it matches up with her red eyes

I really like the pose - so much attitude!
The red tie is (in my oppinion) a really nice addition since it sort of pops out of the drawing - and like you say it matches her eyes.
I also like that you took the time to put all the details on the wings.
